Job summary

CrowdStrike, a global leader in cybersecurity, seeks a skilled full‑stack engineer to build AI-powered marketing platforms. You will evolve agentic workflows, orchestration, and enterprise integrations across AI APIs and internal tooling, delivering scalable, production-grade solutions.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, engineering, and leadership to ensure the roadmap is technically sound and tied to business outcomes while owning CI/CD, performance, and reliability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience with Python and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Proven experience with AI technologies and tooling to enhance decision-making and workflows.
• Experience with AI agents and agentic workflows that transformed real work.
• Experience using evaluation frameworks for AI systems and evaluation-driven development.
• AI architecture depth with multi-step agent systems and orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Build AI solutions end-to-end for marketing: translate problems into designs, prototypes to production deployments.
• Develop AI and agentic workflows including orchestration, tool use, and context management.
• Integrate AI into enterprise systems with secure, reliable shared infra.
• Develop orchestration layer for multi-agent pipelines, state persistence, and parallel execution.
• Design and build intuitive web UIs for AI-powered marketing workflows.
• Create production tooling for HTML/email templates and content publishing workflows.
• Establish evaluation/harnesses, regression tests, and monitoring for quality and outcomes.
• Design, build, and deploy custom AI agents and agentic workflows into GTM motions.
• Own CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment pipelines for agent outputs.
