Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a Sr. AI Growth Engineer to build the infrastructure behind a scalable AI-powered marketing platform. You will implement integrations, orchestration, and UIs used by marketing teams across CrowdStrike.

You’ll own the technical foundation, ship production capabilities quickly, and partner with leadership to drive adoption, with US-wide remote options and potential West Coast alignment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering with Python and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Frontend production apps with React and user-focused design.
• Production experience with LLM/AI APIs and token/cost management.
• Demonstrated experience with AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Experience building evaluation frameworks and benchmarking AI systems.
• Strong systems design skills for multi-service platforms.
• Integration experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and enterprise tools.

Responsibilities

• Build integrations across marketing stack (Workfront, Marketo, Slack, CMS, DAM).
• Develop orchestration layer for multi-agent pipelines and state management.
• Design intuitive web UIs for non-technical marketing users.
• Create production tooling for HTML/email templates and content pipelines.
• Build analytics infrastructure: dashboards, scoring, A/B tracking.
• Design, deploy AI agents and agentic workflows into GTM motion.
• Implement auth, multi-tenancy and access controls for pipelines.
• Own CI/CD, testing, deployment pipelines, monitoring and alerts.
• Optimize LLM API performance, caching and cost management.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Digital Intelligence, and leadership.
