Zoom is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to own the AI governance program end-to-end, defining technical standards and risk posture for safe AI adoption at scale. You will assess AI use cases, build security frameworks for GenAI and agentic systems, and serve as the trusted technical voice on AI security for engineering and enterprise stakeholders across four domains.

You will collaborate with a globally distributed security team, drive risk evaluations, and mentor engineers on risk analysis

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of security engineering or cybersecurity experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Solid working knowledge of modern AI/ML systems and the security risks they introduce (LLMs, generative AI).
• Experience securing GenAI or LLM-based applications in an enterprise environment is a strong differentiator.
• Understanding of AI gateways, MCP, CASB/SWG, or DLP tooling; shadow AI governance knowledge.
• Ability to lead architecture reviews and risk assessments across multiple domains.
