Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking an Information Security AI Governance Senior Associate to manage daily AI governance activities, risk assessments, and policy development within the IS Governance program. You will collaborate with the Governance Manager and Director to support risk reporting and policy enforcement across lines of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in IS governance, risk management, or compliance.
• Working knowledge of AI security governance frameworks and regulatory requirements including NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and OWASP Top 10 for LLMs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day operational delivery of AI governance activities, including maintaining AI tool inventories and tool intake review processes.
• Conduct AI risk assessments and recommend treatment actions aligned with AI RMF, EU AI Act, and OWASP Top 10 for LLMs.
