Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a Senior Analyst to support Information Security Compliance and AI governance within a hybrid US role. You will coordinate PCI-DSS activities, assist EU NIS2 and CCPA readiness, and help design a scalable compliance framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Information Security, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Information Security compliance, governance, risk management, IT audit, or consulting.
• Solid understanding of CIS CSC Top 18 and NIST CSF 2.0 with PCI-DSS awareness.
• Working knowledge of AI governance frameworks and regulatory requirements (NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs).
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) to improve outputs and efficiency.
• Professional certifications such as Security+, CISA, CRISC, or CISM preferred.
• Experience with GRC tooling; knowledge of AuditBoard, ServiceNow GRC, OneTrust valued.

Responsibilities

• Support PCI-DSS compliance across the business by coordinating assessments and evidence collection.
• Contribute to NIS2 program for EU operations and assist in CCPA audit readiness.
• Help build a scalable, risk-based internal compliance framework.
• Monitor, analyze, and report compliance metrics to senior leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage compliance projects and data handling.
• Provide AI governance input into enterprise AI initiatives and assess AI tool compliance.
