Job summary

Parsons is seeking an AI Governance Lead to architect and operationalize AI governance structures for USCYBERCOM under the CAIO. Your role includes designing governance frameworks, coordinating governance boards, and ensuring alignment with DoW and U.S. government directives.

You will work with policy, legal, and technical teams to translate governance needs into actionable processes. You will develop charters, SOPs, and briefing materials for senior leaders, and you will advocate for robust

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 15+ years experience and project management on similar projects.
• Deep understanding of U.S. Government and DoW governance structures and AI/advanced tech integration.
• Ability to build structured, scalable governance processes in complex environments.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills for senior leaders.
• Active TS SCI with Polygraph clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve AI governance frameworks, SOPs, and oversight mechanisms for USCYBERCOM.
• Align DoW and U.S. Government AI governance models with national defense priorities.
• Establish and manage AI governance review boards, intake processes, and lifecycle decision points.
• Collaborate with AI Policy Leads, legal, and other directorates to translate governance requirements into practice.
• Develop governance charters, executive summaries, and briefing materials for senior leadership.
