Job summary

Parsons is seeking an exceptionally talented AI Token Specialist to support U.S. Cyber Command's CAIO. You will develop token usage strategies, cost models, and technical guidance to optimize AI budgeting, procurement, and infrastructure decisions.

Qualifications include 10+ years in AI/ML systems engineering, with TS/SCI w/Polygraph clearance. You will engage with leadership, document technical requirements, and influence enterprise AI scaling across mission workloads.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in AI/ML systems engineering, technical program architecture, or similar roles.
• Extensive knowledge of LLM architectures, token mechanics, context windows, token pricing, and vector embeddings.
• Experience evaluating AI tools, models, APIs, and platforms for capability, cost, latency, and scalability.
• Experience with cost modeling, financial analyses, and investment recommendations for AI initiatives.
• Strong technical writing, requirements development, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Active TS/SCI w/Polygraph clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to manage, allocate, monitor, and optimize AI token usage across mission workloads.
• Analyze LLM architectures, tokenization, context windows, input/output pricing, and vector embeddings.
• Evaluate AI tools, models, APIs, and platforms for capability, cost, latency, scalability, and resource requirements.
• Monitor trends in LLM pricing, token consumption, and enterprise AI licensing.
• Build cost models and spending forecasts for AI software, cloud services, and API infrastructure.
• Analyze, write, and validate technical and acquisition requirements.
• Review white papers, proposals, and financial analyses.
• Develop documentation, white papers, and procedures for enterprise AI operations.
• Advise leadership on model selection, prompt engineering, and token budgeting.
