Job summary

CACI seeks an AI Technologist for the USSS contract to lead the stand-up of the AI Team and provide end-to-end AI expertise across the program. You will assess technologies, shape the AI Strategy and Roadmap, and create safe, scalable AI guidance and governance while partnering with CIO staff and field operations to meet national security objectives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in AI/ML technology implementation and strategy.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Experience with NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, generative AI, and deep learning.
• Proven hands-on AI deployment in enterprise or government environments.
• Strong capability in defining AI use cases and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead stand-up of USSS AI Team with end-to-end technical leadership.
• Provide AI SME to AI-PMO for initiative planning, execution, risk assessment, and portfolio management.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI technologies and use cases aligned to CIO mission objectives.
• Contribute to AI Strategy & 3-Year Roadmap and recommend investments.
• Lead development of AI Use Case Repository and assess feasibility, security, ethics, and alignment.
• Accelerate AI solution development through PoCs, prototyping, vendor evaluation, and architecture guidance.
• Collaborate with Cyber, Infra, Mission Delivery, and field ops to support responsible AI adoption.
• Develop AI Implementation Playbooks, templates, workflows, and governance frameworks.
• Document best practices and responsible AI guidance for Playbook Library.
• Support AI Governance Charter development including model lifecycle management.
