Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Governance and Security Specialist to establish and operationalize the DHS OIG data governance framework, support ATO processes, and ensure AI platforms meet federal security and privacy requirements. You will work with Azure Government, data stewardship, and RBAC while coordinating with cybersecurity and privacy teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 15+ years in data governance, cybersecurity, or compliance
• Active DHS/EOD clearance or ability to obtain one
• Experience supporting Authority to Operate (ATO) processes and continuous monitoring
• Experience establishing data governance frameworks with metadata, data quality, and access controls
• Strong understanding of NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, FISMA and cloud security for GovCloud environments
• Proven ability to create security documentation and architectural artifacts (SSP, data flow diagrams, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead the DHS OIG data governance framework establishment and operation
• Support ATO processes, including SSP development, POA&M, and continuous monitoring for AI platforms
• Develop and maintain security documentation, system diagrams, and remediation artifacts
• Support data stewardship, RBAC design, data lineage, and data classification workflows
• Coordinate governance and security activities with OIG councils, cybersecurity teams, privacy officers, and DevSecOps teams
• Ensure AI governance, bias monitoring, explainability, and responsible AI compliance
