Job summary

Exiger in Virginia is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Strategist to join our hybrid team. You will translate customer needs into actionable requirements for engineers, own workstreams, and help enterprises deploy AI-native solutions to supply chain and risk challenges in days, not months.

You will conduct data analysis with SQL, Snowflake, Python and R, and guide workshops to ensure adoption. The role requires a strong consulting background, exceptional communication, and mobility to travel up

Qualifications

2–3 years in operations consulting (Deloitte, PwC, EY, Accenture, or similar).
Hybrid skill set with technical aptitude and strong communication.
Ability to travel up to 25% and work with US-based customers.

Responsibilities

Own defined workstreams within customer implementations and ensure progress.
Translate customer needs into scoped requirements for engineers and explain constraints.
Lead workshops, design user-centric workflows, and train end users.
Perform data analysis on customer data using SQL, Snowflake, Python, and R.
Identify risks and provide structure to uncertain environments.
Provide voice of the customer to inform product and engineering.
