Job summary

Exiger is seeking a Director, Forward Deployed Strategy to lead as a technical translator on forward deployment teams, turning complex customer problems into scoped roadmaps and driving adoption of AI-native solutions for supply chain and risk challenges.

You’ll partner with executives and engineers, perform hands-on data analysis using SQL, Snowflake, Python and R, and travel up to 25% to work directly with US-based customers in a fast-moving, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years consulting or technology deployments in operations.
• A blend of technical thinking and strong communication with executives.
• Proficiency querying datasets with SQL and Snowflake; some scripting in Python and R.
• Exposure to defense industrial base or heavy industry is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to engage with customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the Mission & Program Success: translate customer bottlenecks into scoped roadmaps and deliver clear plans with risks and mitigations.
• Technical translator: bridge customer needs to engineers and steer designs that fit platform capabilities.
• Align Engineering to Customer Value: keep engineering focused on key problems and coordinate stakeholders.
• Drive Change & Adoption: lead workshops, design workflows, and train end users for high adoption.
• Hands-on Data Analysis: inspect data structures, validate integrity, run rapid prototyping with SQL, Snowflake, Python and R.
