• 2-4 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience building, shipping, and supporting production software.

• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers or stakeholders.
• Interest in applying AI to improve healthcare operations and patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery for enterprise customer deployments, from initial discovery and architecture through launch and ongoing improvements.
• Develop and maintain integrations across APIs, enterprise platforms, communication systems, scheduling technologies, and other third‑party tools.
• Configure and build customer‑specific workflows based on operational requirements and business processes.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues involving multiple systems and external dependencies.
• Develop internal tooling, automation, and reusable technical solutions that improve implementation speed and scalability.
• Analyze real‑world system performance and use customer feedback and production data to improve deployed solutions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify recurring customer requirements and translate them into scalable platform capabilities.
• Partner with sales and customer‑facing teams during technical discovery, solution design, and product demonstrations.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both engineering teams and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Take ownership of projects in environments where requirements may evolve quickly and solutions aren’t always clearly defined.
