Qualifications

• 5+ years engineering experience shipping and running production services.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Full-stack development experience spanning frontend, backend, tools and integrations.
• Ability to translate business problems to technical solutions and software designs.
• Experience with frontier AI tooling including harnesses, MCP servers, and agents.

Responsibilities

• Design and build full-stack apps and tools to solve high-leverage operational use cases across the business.
• Build service connectors that enable AI and automation tools to work across business systems.
• Evolve our tools and processes to increase team velocity, simplify our technical stack and leverage new AI-native approaches.
• Drive end-to-end reconciliation across financial systems from quote to revenue recognition, enabling cross-system reporting and end-to-end traceability.
• Own what you build across the full software development lifecycle.
