Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of AI-powered data products for P&C insurance.
• Define and register reusable data products for lines such as auto, home, commercial, and specialty.
• Collaborate with analysts, actuaries, underwriters, and leaders to deliver scalable, secure data solutions.
• Establish best practices for data engineering with governance and privacy standards.
• Mentor team members and foster innovation across the data group.
