Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager on the Solutions Architecture team to help our OEM ecosystem and customers build, deploy, and support successful AI Factories. You will lead cross-functional programs across AI factory development, deployment, and support.

You will collaborate with Solutions Architects, Field Application Engineers, sales, and engineering to align technical requirements, track milestones, and drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 12+ years leading cross-functional technical programs in enterprise/hyperscale environments.
• Understanding of hardware systems lifecycle in large-scale AI infrastructure.
• Ability to drive debugging and issue resolution with engineering experts.
• Structured problem solver with ability to own outcomes and adapt to evolving needs.
• Excellent communication with OEM engineering, supply chain, and support teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical programs across AI Factory development, deployment, and support with OEM partners.
• Coordinate with Solutions Architects, FAEs, sales, account management, and engineering to align requirements and capabilities.
• Assess OEM service and support capabilities to meet CSP/NCP customer needs and close gaps.
• Engage OEM engineering, supply chain, and support teams to shape plans and resolve issues.
• Frame opportunities with leadership, establish ownership and milestones, and standardize templates and dashboards.
• Turn field data and feedback into repeatable improvements in products and tooling.
