Job summary

You will work across engineering and partner teams to close readiness gaps and drive end-to-end lifecycle management of AI hardware deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in enterprise or hyperscale data centers, hardware systems, or related infrastructure.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical programs across AI Factory development, deployment, and support.
• Coordinate with NVIDIA teams and OEM partners to align requirements and expectations.
• Develop programs to close gaps in OEM services, training, and support.
• Engage OEM engineering, supply chain, and support to resolve technical issues.
• Establish ownership, milestones, templates, dashboards, and reviews for partner programs.
• Turn lessons learned into repeatable improvements in products and processes.
