• Expert-level knowledge of design systems, tokens, and CSS frameworks (Tailwind).
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), deployment workflows, and enterprise security patterns.

Responsibilities

• Strategic AI integration: adopt AI design tools to compress development lifecycle.
• Architecture & standards: define standards for production-ready apps with scalability and accessibility.
• Design-Dev synthesis: integrate design systems with AI-driven development for automated handoffs.
• Operational excellence: manage Jira workflows and ensure technical documentation meets enterprise needs.
• Cross-functional partnership: align Strategy, Creative, and Technology to meet business objectives.
• Backend & data strategy: oversee backend services and secure authentication across portfolio.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services to support frontend functionality.
• Collaborate with UX Designers, AI Builders, and Innovation Leads throughout development.
