Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer (LangGraph) to join our team and work with premier clients. You will engage in either Team Augmentation or Design & Build, delivering AI-driven applications and enterprise integrations.

The role requires 5+ years of software development, advanced English, and a four-year degree, with hands-on LangGraph experience and a proven leadership record. This position offers 100% remote work and opportunities to collaborate with startups and Fortune 500

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development and Enterprise Configuration APIs.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• 1-4 years of experience designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven applications and workflows in production.
• Hands-on expertise with LangGraph, including building, orchestrating, and managing complex AI workflows.
• Strong backend software engineering skills, with experience designing scalable services, APIs, and enterprise application integrations.
• Extensive experience with at least one enterprise ecosystem: Workday (WWS/SOAP, REST, EIB), Oracle Fusion (HDL, FSM, FBDI, REST), SAP SuccessFactors (OData v2/v4, MDF), or UKG Pro WFM.
• Strong history of technical leadership, specifically in leading code reviews and managing daily offshore technical handoffs.
• Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating complex architectural concepts and project progress to senior leadership.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset capable of balancing high-level strategy with deep, hands-on coding.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Integrate into client teams as a Senior AI Software Engineer (LangGraph) to augment their capabilities.
• Design and build product features with FullStack's product teams for client delivery.
• Lead code reviews and mentor offshore engineers to ensure code quality.
• Communicate project progress and architectural decisions to senior leadership.
• Own complex AI workflows, ensuring CI/CD pipelines and robust production readiness.
