Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer (LangGraph) to join our team. You’ll work with premium clients via team augmentation or by building a FullStack product solution, applying advanced AI capabilities across enterprise-scale projects.

The role requires strong backend engineering, LangGraph expertise, and the ability to drive architectural decisions with senior leadership. This remote-ready position offers opportunities to impact Fortune 500 clients and high-growth startups.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software development.
Advanced English is required.
Bachelor's degree (4-year college) is required.
1-4 years of experience designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven applications and workflows in production.
Hands-on expertise with LangGraph and building complex AI workflows.
Strong backend software engineering skills with scalable services and APIs.
Experience with enterprise ecosystems (Workday, Oracle Fusion, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG Pro WFM).
Proven technical leadership and ability to communicate complex architectures.

Responsibilities

Team Augmentation: integrate with client teams and collaborate with designers/engineers daily.
Design & Build: work on a FullStack product team to deliver AI-enabled solutions.
Contribute to libraries and maintain CI/CD for applications.
Lead code reviews and manage offshore technical handoffs.
Communicate progress to senior leadership and balance strategy with hands-on coding.
