Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer (LangGraph) to join our team and work with leading startups and Fortune 500 clients. You will contribute to building and deploying AI-driven applications, collaborating with client teams or a Product team, and delivering scalable backend services.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software development and Enterprise Configuration APIs.
Advanced English is required.
Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
1-4 years of experience designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven applications and workflows in production.
Hands-on expertise with LangGraph, including building, orchestrating, and managing complex AI workflows.
Strong backend software engineering skills, with experience designing scalable services, APIs, and enterprise application integrations.
Extensive experience with at least one enterprise ecosystem: Workday (WWS/SOAP, REST, EIB), Oracle Fusion (HDL, FSM, FBDI, REST), SAP SuccessFactors (OData v2/v4, MDF), or UKG Pro WFM.
Strong history of technical leadership, specifically in leading code reviews and managing daily offshore technical handoffs.
Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating complex architectural concepts and project progress to senior leadership.
Proactive, ownership-driven mindset capable of balancing high-level strategy with deep, hands-on coding.
Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
Forensic attention to detail.
A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.

Responsibilities

Join client teams via Team Augmentation or Design & Build: work with clients or on a FullStack product team to deliver AI-enabled solutions.
Collaborate daily with designers and engineers to implement scalable backend services and APIs.
Lead architectural discussions, review code, and mentor junior engineers.
Contribute to libraries and CI/CD pipelines to improve delivery velocity and reliability.
Communicate progress and decisions clearly to senior leadership and stakeholders.
