Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to join our team, focused on LangGraph-powered AI workflows. You will work with clients through team augmentation or product-design engagements, delivering production-quality AI solutions.

You will lead backend/API design, influence architecture, and own critical components while collaborating with offshore teammates. A four-year degree and strong English communication are required, with a 100% remote work model available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1-4 years of experience designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven applications in production.
• Hands-on expertise with LangGraph, including building, orchestrating, and managing complex AI workflows.
• Strong backend software engineering skills, with experience designing scalable services, APIs, and enterprise application integrations.
• Extensive experience with at least one enterprise ecosystem: Workday, Oracle Fusion, SAP SuccessFactors, or UKG Pro WFM.
• Strong history of technical leadership, specifically in leading code reviews and managing daily offshore technical handoffs.
• Demonstrated experience communicating complex architectural concepts to senior leadership.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with hands-on coding.

Responsibilities
