Job summary

FullStack is hiring a Senior AI Software Engineer (LangGraph) to join our team. You will work with our incredible clients in two modes: Team Augmentation or Design & Build, delivering AI-enabled solutions on our platform.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software development and Enterprise Configuration APIs.
Advanced English is required.
Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
1-4 years of experience designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven applications and workflows in production.
Hands-on expertise with LangGraph, including building, orchestrating, and managing complex AI workflows.
Strong backend software engineering skills for scalable services, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
Extensive experience with at least one enterprise ecosystem: Workday, Oracle Fusion, SAP SuccessFactors, or UKG Pro WFM.
Strong history of technical leadership, especially in code reviews and offshore handoffs.
Ability to communicate architectural concepts to senior leadership.
Proactive ownership mindset and ability to work on Agile/Scrum teams.
