Infiterra S.A. is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to join our fully remote R&D effort, delivering production AI systems across LLM-based workflows, retrieval, agents and model adaptation.

You will influence end-to-end AI capabilities, from problem framing to deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement for our subscription platform. You will work with Python, cloud-native services, Kubernetes, CI/CD and evaluation tooling, collaborating with global partners while maintaining rigorous

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience delivering production AI systems and tooling.
• Experience with model APIs, structured outputs, retrieval and agent-based workflows.
• Proficiency in Python, distributed systems, data pipelines and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, evaluate and operate complex AI systems in production.
• Build evaluation harnesses and datasets from real production feedback.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Platform and Data teams to ensure reliability.
