Job summary

Danaher Corporation, through DHR Enterprise AI Solutions, is seeking an AI software engineer to design, develop and deploy production‑grade AI solutions that unlock measurable value across operating companies.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build scalable AI services, integrate LLMs and RAG workflows, and implement MLOps, DataOps and governance practices in cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building AI/ML solutions.
• Strong Python proficiency and AI development frameworks.
• Experience deploying AI solutions in cloud environments.
• Understanding of APIs, microservices, CI/CD and cloud-native development.
• Knowledge of LLMs, semantic models, knowledge graphs, RAG and agentic AI.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy production‑grade AI solutions for enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects and Data Engineers to build scalable AI services.
• Implement and support MLOps, DataOps and LLMOps practices for model lifecycle management.
• Contribute to scalable, reliable AI architectures with enterprise-grade quality, performance and security.
• Translate business opportunities into reusable AI capabilities adopted across the enterprise.
