Danaher Corporation seeks a Senior AI Legal Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered legal solutions across corporate and platform functions. You will work at the intersection of software, data science, and legal operations, applying LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI to solve high-impact problems at enterprise scale.

You will collaborate with legal stakeholders, architect end-to-end AI workflows, and deliver production-grade features while upholding governance and security standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering, data science, or ML engineering with production apps.
• Production experience with LLMs including prompt engineering, RAG, and evaluation frameworks.
• Strong Python proficiency; experience with LangChain/LlamaIndex/Hugging Face; TypeScript or Java a plus.
• Hands-on with AI infrastructure: vector DBs, cloud platforms, API design, container deployment.

Responsabilités

• Partner with legal stakeholders to translate workflows into technical AI solutions.
• Architect and build AI-powered legal apps for contract review, regulatory analysis, and compliance.
• Ship production-grade features using LLM APIs, LangChain, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Embed governance and security by design: data security, access, audit logs, PII redaction.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor legal and engineering teams.
