SiTime is seeking a hands-on Sr. AI Engineer to design, build, deploy, and operate production-grade AI applications that connect large language models with SiTime data and systems. You will span the full lifecycle from prototyping to deployment, with a focus on measurable business value and secure, scalable solutions. Acknowledges not all requirements must be met.

The role emphasizes responsible AI, cost monitoring, and reusable engineering patterns across enterprise integrations and tooling.

Formación

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years building AI/ML or generative AI solutions.
• Demonstrated experience shipping LLM-based applications or agents to production, not only prototypes.
• Strong Python skills and experience building production services, APIs, and distributed or cloud-native applications.
• Experience with vector search, embeddings, document processing, data pipelines, and enterprise knowledge retrieval.

Responsabilidades

• Build production AI applications. Design and implement LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows.
• Develop enterprise agents and integrations connecting AI solutions securely to business systems and APIs.
• Implement retrieval and knowledge solutions with RAG pipelines, indexing, and access controls.
• Engineer for quality and trust with evaluation datasets and automated tests; include human review when needed.
• Own deployment and operations with CI/CD, observability, versioning, incident response, and monitoring.
