Job summary

Panasonic Automotive Systems Company of America is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to build, ship, and operate production AI applications and agentic systems. This is an individual contributor role with ownership of the services you build and the engineering standard you set across AI work.

You will design and deploy LLM-powered apps, RAG pipelines, MCP servers, and tool integrations across enterprise data with secure identities and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with production LLM/RAG/agent systems.
• Strong Python and TypeScript or another backend language.
• Hands-on with LLM APIs and open-weight models, function calling, and agent frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship LLM-powered applications and agents, including orchestration and memory.
• Develop RAG pipelines and enterprise tool integrations.
• Ensure observability, tracing, and performance monitoring for production AI services.
