Rearc is seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI-driven systems for enterprise environments. You will own end-to-end AI solutions, from system design to production deployment, integrating into business workflows and delivering measurable impact.

This role emphasizes shipping and real-world AI applications over prototypes, with a focus on observability, cost-aware design, and cross-team collaboration. 100% hands-on engineering across full stack.

Qualifications

• Experience building production AI/ML systems in enterprise environments.
• Strong Python coding standards and backend API development.
• Experience with retrieval, agent design, and RAG pipelines.
• Familiarity with MLOps, monitoring, and cost/latency tracking.
• Ability to explain trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Proficient with containerization (Docker) and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agents, including RAG pipelines and tool invocation.
• Build evaluation frameworks for accuracy, latency, and cost.
• Establish observability across the AI lifecycle.
• Integrate multiple AI providers and multi-model architectures.
• Optimize performance, cost, and scalability of AI systems.
• Develop AI-powered apps tightly integrated with business workflows.
• Interface AI systems with enterprise platforms and APIs.
• Debug and optimize live production deployments.
• Collaborate with clients and internal engineers on technical design.
• Participate in architecture discussions focused on implementation.
