Job summary

Rearc is seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI-driven systems in enterprise environments. You’ll work across the full development lifecycle, delivering real-world AI/ML solutions that integrate into business workflows and produce measurable impact.

You will ship and evaluate AI systems end-to-end, focusing on practical, production-ready results rather than prototypes, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive implementation success.

Qualifications

• :4+ years of experience building and deploying AI/ML systems in production
• :Track record of architecting and shipping AI/ML or software solutions
• :Strong evaluation and measurement of AI systems including offline/online metrics
• :Experience with LLM platforms and orchestration patterns
• :Proficiency in Python and backend engineering
• :Experience with CI/CD, IaC, and observability
• :Ability to debug and optimize live prod systems
• :Strong communication of technical trade-offs to non-tech stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agents, including RAG pipelines and tool invocation
• Build evaluation frameworks for accuracy, latency, cost, and reliability
• Implement observability across the AI system lifecycle
• Integrate with multiple AI providers and multi-model architectures
• Optimize AI systems for performance and cost
• Build deployable AI-powered applications tightly coupled with business workflows
• Integrate AI systems with enterprise platforms and APIs
• Debug and optimize live production systems
• Collaborate with client and internal teams
• Participate in technical design discussions focusing on implementation
