Qualifications

• Strong Python engineering background, including async patterns and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with multi-agent frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain.
• Demonstrated ability to build production ETL or workflow automation pipelines.
• Experience with vector databases like Pinecone and Elasticsearch.
• Familiarity with MLOps and observability.
• Strong documentation habits and comfort in agile environments.
• Experience with enterprise system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy multi-agent systems using frameworks.
• Develop custom agents for document processing and automation.
• Connect agents to enterprise systems and implement workflows.
• Look after monitoring and testing for agent behaviors.
• Work with client stakeholders to understand use cases.
• Apply enterprise standards for security and governance.
• Coach junior engineers and support onboarding.
