Job summary

Light & Wonder is building a senior engineering team in Austin to create production-grade agentic AI workflows across the stack. You’ll own orchestration from UI to model execution, working in React, C#/.NET, and tool integrations to deliver refined AI products.

Expect multi-agent patterns, human-in-the-loop handoffs, and rigorous evaluation for reliability. You’ll collaborate with Data and Platform Engineering to ensure deployment standards and observable systems, combining AG-UI/CopilotKit

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering with production depth on front and back ends.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET (modern versions) and TypeScript/React.
• Experience shipping production systems using LLMs end-to-end with reliable evals.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar frameworks quickly and ship production-grade code.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end agent workflows spanning UI, orchestration, and tool integrations.
• Implement robust orchestration using .NET Agent Framework, multi-agent patterns, and human-in-the-loop handoffs.
• Collaborate with Data/Platform Engineering on deployment, observability, and data surfaces.
• Develop behavioral, regression, and adversarial evaluations for shipped workflows.
