Navan is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, AI on the Loyalty Wallet team, to build agentic product experiences that understand loyalty programs and surface insights. You will develop reliable LLM-powered flows, implement guardrails, and collaborate across frontend, backend, and data layers to deliver personalized recommendations.

You will own the quality of agent behavior around loyalty data, PII, and financial guidance, while shipping robust, measurable features for travelers and finance

Competenze

• 6+ years of software engineering experience building production systems with hands-on AI/ML
• Experience building agentic systems, tool-calling workflows, or RAG-like architectures
• Strong fundamentals in backend stacks and distributed systems

Mansioni

• Design and develop agentic AI-powered product experiences
• Build production AI systems with structured outputs, guardrails, evals, and monitoring
• Own test suites, prompts contracts, and quality metrics for safe loyalty data handling
• Work across frontend, backend, and AI orchestration layers
• Transform loyalty balances, tier progress, and trip context into personalized actions
• Collaborate with product, design, data, and platform teams to ship impactful features
