CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to own end-to-end LLM-powered systems and agentic workflows. You will define evals, guardrails, and security baselines while building durable, scalable, multi-tenant architectures.

Applicants should have 6+ years of software engineering experience with LLM-powered systems and a track record of moving models from proof-of-concept to production. Bonus eligibility is noted; strong collaboration with PMs and data scientists is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with an LLM-powered system shipped to external customers.
• Proficient in Python and TypeScript, with strong async patterns and typing discipline.
• Experience defining evals/guardrails for product areas and production corrections.
• Hands-on with agent tooling (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) and controlled outputs.

Responsabilités

• Own delivery of LLM-powered systems in Python and TypeScript from problem to production operation.
• Define gates, signals, and evaluation strategies for safe releases.
• Improve agentic coding tools: refine specs, hooks, and policies; enforce code review standards.
• Design NLP pipelines combining semantic search, NLP, and LLM where appropriate.
• Build durable, multi-tenant, event-driven systems with clear failure modes and replay semantics.
• Ensure tracing, auditing, privacy, and tenant isolation across models and agents.
• Write design documents and mentor engineers; participate in on-call rotations.
