Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of software engineering experience with AI or data-intensive apps.
• Master's degree preferred in CS/Stats/Math/Analytics; Bachelor's required.
• Strong Python programming skills and experience with AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Cloud familiarity (Azure) and container tech (Docker, Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement core components of generative AI solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers on feature requirements and design.
• Write unit tests, participate in code reviews, and use evaluation frameworks.
• Contribute to RAG pipelines, context engineering, and Azure Databricks integrations.
• Deploy and maintain AI microservices meeting performance and scalability standards.
• Participate in agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery.
• Uphold integrity and a respectful work environment.
