Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the delivery of scalable AI/ML and generative AI solutions on the Databricks platform. You will work with clients and EY teams to build production-grade data pipelines, models, and agentic AI systems, while ensuring responsible engineering practices and measurable business value.

You will collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, cloud engineers, and platform engineers in a hybrid work model, across multiple US offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical discipline.
• 3–6 years of full-time AI/ML experience.
• Databricks Certification with relevant credentials.
• Strong Python, PySpark, or Scala proficiency.
• Experience collaborating with diverse, global teams.

Responsibilities

• Research and implement scalable ML, generative AI, and agentic systems.
• Build data engineering pipelines and AI solutions on Databricks.
• Monitor and optimize learning processes using MLflow and tracing.
• Design and govern ontologies and semantic models for AI solutions.
• Travel to engage with external clients as needed.
