Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 3–6 years of full-time AI/ML experience.
• Databricks certifications with pro/associate levels.
• Strong Python, PySpark, and/or Scala skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse, hybrid and global teams.
• Experience building production AI/ML on Databricks.
• Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, AgentOps.

Responsibilities

• Research and implement scalable ML, generative AI, and agentic systems.
• Build data pipelines, AI solutions, and pipelines on Databricks.
• Monitor and optimize learning processes with MLflow; improve models.
• Design ontologies and semantic models for AI solutions.
