Innova Solutions is seeking an AI Engineer for a 6+ month full-time contract in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on enterprise Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, with an emphasis on secure, scalable design and production delivery.

You will work across architecture, data, security, and platform teams to deliver impactful AI-enabled applications. The ideal candidate brings hands-on AI development experience, proficiency with LLMs, RAG, and agent frameworks, and a proven ability to move from rapid

Qualifications

Demonstrated enterprise application engineering experience across architecture, integration, testing, deployment, and production support.
Hands-on delivery of AI-enabled solutions using LLMs, RAG, agents, or similar Generative AI patterns.
Design secure, scalable solutions with observability, governance, and Responsible AI controls.
Strong communication and collaboration with business, architecture, engineering, data, security, and platform teams.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
Rapidly validate ideas and mature proofs of concept into secure, scalable production-ready solutions.
Integrate LLM AI endpoints, data sources, APIs, and business systems.
