Semper Valens Solutions is seeking a Senior AI Engineer in Belcamp, MD (onsite) to design, develop, and deploy mission-focused AI/ML solutions that support operational decision advantage and readiness. You will work closely with government engineers, analysts, and stakeholders across missions to deliver practical AI capabilities.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, data pipelines, and governance, with opportunities to mentor and transfer knowledge to government personnel while advancing

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 4+ years delivering AI/ML solutions.
• At least 1 year with Generative/Agentic AI or multi-agent systems.
• 2+ years of hands-on Python development.
• 1+ year building agentic AI solutions with listed frameworks.
• Experience with AI/ML workflows, data pipelines, automation or analytics.
• Experience with cloud AI workloads (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Ability to translate mission requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US government security clearance.

Mansioni

• Develop and deploy AI/ML models, analytics, automation, and agentic AI apps for Army initiatives.
• Collaborate with government engineers and stakeholders to deliver mission-relevant AI.
• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, Power BI dashboards, and RAG systems.
• Create Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using listed frameworks.
• Integrate LLMs with mission data sources, vector storage, memory, and orchestration.
• Support cloud-native practices: MLOps, AIOps, CI/CD, model monitoring, governance.
• Produce documentation, sustainment plans, and transition materials for government ownership.
• Provide technical coaching and knowledge transfer to government personnel.
• Partner with stakeholders to align AI capabilities with modernization goals.
