Job summary

Capital One's Intelligent Foundations and Experiences (IFX) team seeks an AI Engineer 3 in McLean, VA to build and scale AI systems that power real-time, customer-facing experiences. You will collaborate with engineers, researchers, and product managers to deploy foundation models, multi-agent workflows, and governance frameworks.

You should have 3+ years of Python/ML development, plus a solid engineering and math foundation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field plus required experience in AI/ML.

Responsibilities
