Job summary

You will work with product managers and technical leads to design AI agents, build robust pipelines, implement testing, and ensure scalable, secure deployments across cloud and container platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of software engineering experience building and shipping production AI or data-intensive applications.
• Master’s degree preferred; bachelor’s required.
• Strong Python skills with exposure to modern AI/ML frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly build and deploy end-to-end AI systems and core components of generative AI solutions.
• Collaborate with technical leads, product managers, and cross-functional teams to design AI agents and context engineering modules.
• Develop robust RAG pipelines and context engineering workflows, integrating Azure AI Search and Databricks.
• Ensure production discipline with rigorous testing, regression harnesses, and security-focused reviews.
• Deliver solutions in fast-paced cycles (two to six weeks) with direct client feedback and traceability to scale.
• Deploy and maintain scalable AI microservices and containerized workloads with CI/CD.
