Accenture is seeking a Forward-Deployed AI Engineer in Austin to design and deploy production-grade AI solutions for enterprise clients. You will work with AI platforms and enterprise systems to translate ambiguous business needs into practical workflows.

The role emphasizes building end-to-end AI capabilities, rapid prototyping, and delivering measurable impact while collaborating with product, engineering, and client teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years software engineering experience (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java) in production systems.
• 2+ years experience with modern AI/ML platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar).
• 5+ years translating business needs into technical designs in a large enterprise or professional services firm.

Responsibilities

• Understand business problems with clients and shape AI use cases.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions integrating LLMs with enterprise platforms.
• Prototype, deploy, and scale AI-enabled workflows, agents, copilots, and automations.
• Act as a technical bridge between product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders.
