You will mentor engineers, collaborate with client executives, and drive delivery in fast-paced, outcome-driven cycles using modern accelerators.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of experience shipping end-to-end production secure software systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for the FDE team and scale delivery across accounts and industries.
• Enforce best practices in context engineering, evaluation, and operational readiness; ensure secure, observable, and auditable code.
• Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to engineers, fostering high talent density and quality at speed.
• Lead cross-functional sessions with clients and stakeholders to design AI systems with measurable outcomes and adoption.
• Drive delivery in rapid cycles with client feedback; manage risks and enable scale or production deployment.
• Promote modern development accelerators to increase capacity and quality of delivery.
