Job summary

Tradeweb seeks a Senior Software Engineer to design and build production-grade AI-enabled applications for real-time financial workflows. You will own end-to-end development, from architecture to deployment, focusing on AI orchestration, RAG, and multi-agent integration.

You’ll partner with Product, Front Office, and Technology teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, while ensuring security and reliability in a highly regulated setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in production AI-enabled apps.
• Experience with agentic workflows, multi-agent architectures, and orchestration frameworks.
• Strong fundamentals in system design, APIs, cloud infra, data models, and deployment.
• Hands-on with modern LLM ecosystems and AI tooling; production monitoring and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver production AI/ML applications across financial tech initiatives.
• Design scalable backend systems, APIs, data pipelines, and intelligent workflows.
• Develop AI-enabled platforms using agents, orchestration layers, and RAG.
• Collaborate with Product, Front Office, and Tech stakeholders to translate needs.
• Contribute to AI engineering infrastructure and enterprise data governance.
