Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and implement advanced AI solutions for a Manufacturing platform. You will build production-ready AI systems, develop multi-agent architectures, and operationalize AI capabilities that integrate into enterprise applications and conversational experiences.

In this role, you will deploy AI/ML solutions in production, build multi-agent orchestration, implement RAG architectures, and design LLM-powered applications with robust APIs.

Qualifications

6–8+ years of software engineering or AI engineering experience.
Strong expertise in Machine Learning and AI concepts.
Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
Experience building RAG-based solutions.
Experience developing Multi-Agent Systems.
Strong understanding of NLP (Natural Language Processing).
Prompt Engineering experience.
Experience exposing AI models/services through APIs.
Strong Python development skills.
Experience with Azure AI ecosystem.
Experience with Agent Orchestration platforms.
Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude, Copilot, or similar AI platforms.
Experience deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments.
Experience supporting conversational AI platforms.
Familiarity with Manufacturing or Industrial Intelligence use cases.
