Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with ML/AI systems.
• Shipping AI-powered or agentic systems that users depend on.
• Strong fundamentals across backend systems, APIs, data pipelines, and cloud.
• Hands-on experience with modern LLM tooling and agentic patterns.
• Fluency with AI-assisted development workflows.
• Ownership mindset and ability to work in ambiguity within a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship LLM-powered features and agentic workflows.
• Architect and implement production-grade agentic systems.
• Collaborate with product and design to focus on customer outcomes.
• Own production reliability, latency, cost, and failure modes.
• Contribute to AI infrastructure, including LLM services and orchestration tooling.
