Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Staff AI Engineer to join the Finance AI team. You will design, build, evaluate, and operate AI-powered applications and agents that Finance runs on, directing your fleet of coding agents and integrating Nemotron models for finance use cases.

This is an applied engineering role, building on foundation models to deliver production-ready solutions. You’ll work closely with finance partners to scope problems, set architecture, mentor engineers, and push the frontier of

Qualifications

Master’s or PhD (or equivalent) in CS, engineering, data science, or related field.
12+ years building and operating production systems including 3+ years with LLM/agent systems.
Track record as a core technical contributor shipping multiple LLM-powered applications.
Hands-on experience with skill-based workflows, harnesses, and agent orchestration frameworks.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and operate AI-powered finance applications and agents.
Lead end-to-end agent systems from scoping with finance partners to eval harness and cost control.
Define architecture and patterns; mentor engineers and represent AI engineering to Finance and NVIDIA leadership.
Experiment with new models and tooling; turn learnings into clear build/no-build decisions.
