Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in business-centered AI and Data Science, including production experience.
• Hands-on experience building custom agents and multi-agent systems with AI-native tools such as Cursor and Claude Code.
• BS/MS/PhD in CS/DS/Engineering; finance or business background preferred.
• Strong Python/SQL/Databricks skills for designing and deploying models.
• Data science project management with multiple stakeholders and resources.
• Excellent communication to document and present findings to technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Apply business context alongside data science methods to support finance initiatives using ML, Bayesian stats, simulation, and optimization.
• Integrate AI tools and Agents into data science workflows and experiment with new technology for value.
• Translate technical solutions into business terms, guiding collaborators on value, risks, and ROI.
• Conduct Generative AI experiments to identify high-value use cases and automate processes such as auditing and forecasting.
