NVIDIA is seeking an AI Engineering Manager to lead a small team of AI engineers within the Finance AI group. You’ll guide development of AI applications, review designs, and shape the integration of agents and automation across finance functions.

Qualifications

Experience leading engineering teams that ship production software (manager, tech lead, or player‑coach).
Hands‑on depth building AI systems and fluency in data and system architecture.
Track record of delivering technology against real business problems in data‑rich domains.
10+ years in software/AI engineering, including time leading teams and owning delivery.
2+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Partner with the CFO org (FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Procurement) to turn high‑value problems into AI apps, agents, and automation.
Set the technical direction and quality bar for AI in Finance; ship emerging technologies.
Hands‑on review of designs and code; set engineering standards for agents, pipelines, and model integrations.
Lead end‑to‑end vendor evaluations, POCs, and build vs buy analyses with security and procurement partners.
Scale output as AI adoption spreads across Finance by creating reusable components and standards.
