NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Staff AI Engineer to join the Finance AI team. You will design, build, and operate AI-powered applications and agents for finance workflows, directing a fleet of coding agents and tooling.

This hands-on role centers on applied AI atop foundation models with production-readiness and cost-conscious design. You will mentor engineers, set architecture standards, and partner with model teams to fine-tune Nemotron models for finance use cases.

Formación

• Master's or PhD (or equivalent) in CS, engineering, data science, or related field.
• 12+ years building/operating production systems, including 3+ years with LLM/agent systems.
• Hands-on with skill-based workflows, harnesses, and agent orchestration.
• Strong Python and engineering fundamentals; knowledge of LLM security and safety.
• Shipping multiple LLM-powered applications or agents in production.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and own agentic systems end to end, from scoping with finance partners to eval harness and cost.
• Set architecture, shared primitives, patterns, and quality bars; mentor engineers.
• Test new models/frameworks and decide build vs. buy; drive experiments.
• Collaborate with model team to fine-tune/post-train Nemotron models for finance.
