Job summary

PepsiCo seeks an experienced Forward Deployed AI Engineering Lead to design and deliver production-grade agent capabilities across cloud and edge environments for global functions. You will own end-to-end delivery, establish evaluation discipline, and drive adoption within transformation programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in CS/AI/ML or equivalent.
Master’s degree preferred.
12+ years software lifecycle experience.
Expertise in ML and agent systems development.
Proven production experience shipping LLM/agent solutions.

Responsibilities

Architect and deploy AI agent solutions in client environments.
Customize agent patterns and secure integrations across client stacks.
Transform ambiguous requirements into production-ready solutions.
Optimize latency, reliability, and throughput in client deployments.
Lead client workshops and knowledge transfer to ensure adoption.
